2. SMS program terms — “Delgado for Senate Campaign Updates”
- Program description. By opting in to the “Delgado for Senate Campaign Updates” program, you give your express written consent to receive recurring campaign updates, event alerts, and donation requests by automated text message (SMS/MMS) and calls from Delgado for Senate at the number you provided.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the mailing address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile opt-in data will not be shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Eligibility. The program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older located in the United States. By opting in you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.

3. Donation terms
- Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor on the processor's secure pages; your payment details are collected and handled by the processor, not stored by this website.
- By donating, you certify that: the contribution is made from your own funds and not those of another; you are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; you are at least 18 years old; the contribution is made on a personal card or account and not a corporate one; and you are not a federal government contractor.
- Contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits and prohibitions under federal law. Contributions or gifts to Delgado for Senate are not tax deductible.
- Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
- If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at the mailing address below and we will review the request under applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to the Committee or its licensors and is protected by law. You may share links to the site and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
