Delgado for Senate (“the Committee,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us through forms. When you join the team, volunteer, RSVP for an event, or contact us, we collect the information you submit — such as your name, email address, ZIP code, and mobile phone number.
- Cookies and analytics. Our live sites may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referring links).
- Donation information. Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor. The processor collects your payment details and the contributor information federal law requires (name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for contributions over the reporting threshold) and shares the non-payment portions with the Committee for compliance and record keeping. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
2. How we use information
- To send you campaign updates, event alerts, volunteer opportunities, and donation requests by email and — only if you gave express consent — by text message.
- To organize volunteer activity and respond to your messages.
- To comply with federal and state campaign-finance and reporting laws.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
3. SMS / text-message program
Program: “Delgado for Senate Campaign Updates.” If you opt in, you will receive recurring campaign updates, event alerts, and donation requests by automated text message (SMS/MMS) at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Your mobile data: we will not share or sell your mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data. We share information only with:
- Service providers that operate the website, email, texting, and donation tools on our behalf, under instructions to use it only for the Committee's purposes;
- Government agencies where campaign-finance law requires disclosure of contributor information;
- Law enforcement or others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Committee or others.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information while it is needed for the campaign's operations and for the retention periods campaign-finance law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
6. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe from campaign email using the link in any message.
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by writing to the address below.
- Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights; we will honor valid requests under applicable law.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
