These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Calloway for Governor (“the Committee,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, joining our text-message program, or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, scrape supporter information, or use the site to transmit anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

2. SMS / Text Message Program Terms

Program name: Calloway for Governor Campaign Updates.

• Program description: By opting in (for example, by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our signup form), you give your express written consent to receive recurring campaign updates, event alerts, volunteer opportunities, and donation requests from Calloway for Governor by automated text message (SMS/MMS) and calls, including messages sent with autodialer technology, at the number you provided.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation in the campaign.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the address in Section 9.
• Carrier non-liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Data handling: we will not share or sell your mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full data practices.
• Eligibility: the program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older with a United States mobile number.

3. Donation Terms

Contributions are processed by a third-party payment processor on its own secure pages; your payment card details are provided to the processor, not to this website. By contributing, you certify that:

• The contribution is made from your own funds, and not those of another person or entity;
• You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are not a federal contractor; and
• The contribution is made on a personal card or account, not a corporate or business card, and is not being reimbursed by anyone.

Contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits and reporting requirements. Contributions are not tax deductible for income-tax purposes. If a contribution exceeds an applicable limit or otherwise cannot lawfully be accepted, it will be refunded or otherwise handled as the law requires.

4. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to the Committee or its licensors and is protected by law. You may share links to the site and use campaign materials we designate for supporter use; any other reproduction requires written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may reference third-party services (for example, our payment processor). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
