2. SMS program terms — "Boone for Congress Campaign Updates"
The Committee operates a recurring text-message program called "Boone for Congress Campaign Updates." By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our signup form (or by otherwise opting in), you give your express written consent to receive recurring campaign updates, event alerts, volunteer requests, and donation requests by automated text message (SMS/MMS) and calls from the Committee at the number you provided.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or support.
- Message frequency varies by campaign activity and proximity to Election Day.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out at any time: reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile opt-in data will not be shared or sold. We will not share or sell your mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to the messaging providers who deliver texts on our behalf.

3. Donation terms
Contributions made through this site are processed by a third-party payment processor on the Committee's behalf. Your payment information is collected and handled by the processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
By contributing, you confirm that the following statements are true and accurate:
- This contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
