02 · Meet Samuel
Samuel Boone grew up on the same streets he is asking to represent. His grandfather laid brick at the old mill. His mother taught second grade at Anytown Elementary for thirty-one years. When Samuel talks about District 4, he is talking about the people who raised him.
At nineteen, Samuel enlisted and served eight years in uniform, deploying twice and earning a reputation as the soldier who never let a teammate carry a load alone. He came home, earned his degree at night, and built a small contracting business that today employs twenty-two of his neighbors at good wages.
Samuel has coached youth baseball, chaired the county fair board, and led the volunteer effort that rebuilt the veterans hall after the flood. He and his wife, Grace, are raising their two kids a mile from the house he grew up in.
He is not running to become somebody in Washington. He is running so the people of District 4 have somebody in Washington who never forgets who sent him.
03 · Standing For
Six commitments. No fine print. This is the work Samuel will wake up and do every day.
Cut the wait times, fix the claims backlog, and treat every veteran in District 4 with the respect their service earned — from health care to housing to hiring.
Fully staffed first responders, real resources for sheriffs and fire halls, and safer streets in every town in the district — not just the big ones.
Back the trades, back small business, and bring manufacturing home. A full day's work in District 4 should buy a full life in District 4.
Great local schools with parents at the table, teachers paid like professionals, and shop class and civics back where they belong.
Protect the benefits people paid for their whole working lives, lower the cost of prescriptions, and make sure no senior has to choose between medicine and groceries.
Term limits, a ban on congressional stock trading, and a town hall in every county, every year. You hired him — you get to look him in the eye.

Samuel showed up at 2 a.m. during the flood and did not leave until the last family was dry. That is the man we want answering the call in Washington.
