2. SMS program terms — “Brandt for County Commission Campaign Updates”
Program description
The “Brandt for County Commission Campaign Updates” program sends recurring campaign news, event alerts, volunteer opportunities, polling-place and election reminders, and donation requests by SMS/MMS text message. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box on our signup form, you give your express written consent to receive these recurring automated messages and calls from Brandt for County Commission at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
Frequency, rates, and carriers
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The program is available on major US carriers; delivery is subject to effective transmission by your operator.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Eligibility
The program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in the United States. By participating, you represent that you meet these requirements and are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided.
3. Donation terms
- Contributions made through this site are processed by a third-party payment processor on behalf of the Committee.
- By contributing, you confirm that: (a) the contribution is made from your own funds and not provided by another person or entity; (b) you are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; (c) you are at least 18 years old; (d) the contribution is made on a personal card or account, not a corporate or business account; and (e) you are not a federal government contractor.
- Contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits. Contributions or gifts to Brandt for County Commission are not tax deductible.
- Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
- If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us promptly at the address in Section 8 and we will review refund requests consistent with applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to the Committee or its licensors and is protected by law. You may share and link to site content for personal, non-commercial, political-expression purposes; any other use requires our written permission.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party services (for example, our donation processor or social platforms). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
