3.1 Program description

"Committee to Elect Judge Vasquez Campaign Updates" is a recurring mobile-messaging program operated by the Committee. Enrolled participants receive recurring campaign updates, event alerts, volunteer opportunities, and donation requests by automated text message (SMS/MMS) and calls at the mobile number provided.

3.2 Enrollment and consent

You enroll by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our signup form (or by any future advertised keyword opt-in). By enrolling, you give your express written consent to receive the messages described above, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.

3.3 Frequency, rates, and eligibility

• Message frequency varies.

3.4 Opting out and help

• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or write to the Committee at the mailing address in Section 10.

3.5 Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Program availability may vary by carrier.

3.6 Mobile data handling

We will not share or sell your mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate this program, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Donation terms

Contributions made through links on this website are processed by a third-party payment processor on behalf of the Committee. By contributing, you confirm that:

1. The contribution is made from your own funds, and not provided to you by another person for the purpose of making this contribution;
2. You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident;
3. You are at least 18 years old;
4. The contribution is made on a personal card or account, not a corporate or business account, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law; and
5. You are not a federal contractor.

Contributions are not tax deductible. Contribution limits and eligibility rules for judicial campaigns vary by state; it is your responsibility to comply with the rules of your state. The Committee may decline or refund any contribution it cannot lawfully accept.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to the Committee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
