Meet the Governor

A record built on results.

Governor Thomas Reyes grew up in a working family in Anytown, put himself through the state university, and spent a decade running a small manufacturing business before public service ever called. He learned to make a payroll before he ever balanced a budget.

As mayor, he brought two hundred employers to a downtown that had been written off. As Governor, he balanced eight budgets in a row without a single tax increase, returned $1.2 billion to taxpayers, and kept 47 rural clinics open when the easy choice was to close them.

He governs the way he ran that first business — every dollar accounted for, every promise written down, and a plain answer whenever you ask how it’s going. That’s the record. The work isn’t finished.
