RENEGADE INTEL
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 30, 2026
Renegade Creative (“Renegade Intel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Renegade Intel app and website (the “Service”).
The short version
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or publish your chats.
We do not use your chats to advertise to you.
To answer your questions, the Service sends your messages to trusted AI providers that act as our service providers. On their business/API terms, the major providers do not train their public models on your data by default.
You can delete your conversations, and you can ask us to delete your account.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your email address and authentication details.
Content you submit: your questions, and any files, images, audio, or video you upload or record (“Inputs”), plus the responses generated for you.
Billing information: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Usage and device data: basic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (for example, timestamps and error logs).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
provide the Service and generate responses to you;
maintain your account, history, and channels;
process subscriptions and prevent fraud;
provide support and respond to you;
secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; and
comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. AI providers (how your chats are processed)
To generate answers, we send the relevant parts of your conversation to AI providers that process the data on our behalf, as service providers, to return a response. Depending on the model you use, these may include Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok). On these providers’ business/API terms, they do not use your data to train their public models by default, and they process data on infrastructure located in the United States or comparable jurisdictions.
DeepSeek (optional, off by default). The DeepSeek model is opt-in. It is not used unless you explicitly turn it on. DeepSeek is operated by a China-based company and, if you enable it, your messages to that model may be processed on servers in China under that provider’s terms. We surface this clearly in the app so you can make an informed choice; if you do not enable DeepSeek, your data is not sent to it — including when another model is unavailable. If every model you have enabled is down, we tell you so rather than quietly routing your message to DeepSeek.
Web search (Tavily). When a feature needs current information from the web, the search query — which may contain text drawn from your prompt — is sent to Tavily, a US-based search API built for AI systems, which returns page summaries we pass to the model. Only the query leaves; your conversation history, contacts, and campaign data do not.
We choose providers intending to protect your data, but each provider’s own privacy terms also apply to data processed by that provider.
4. How we share information
We share information only:
with service providers that help us run the Service (the AI providers above; Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for payments; and email/hosting providers), under agreements that limit their use of the data;
to comply with law, a valid legal request, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service; and
in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected by measures including encryption in transit and database access controls (row-level security that limits each account to its own data). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete individual conversations in the app. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@renegadeintel.com; we will delete or de-identify your data except where we must retain it by law.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including under laws such as the California and Texas consumer privacy acts), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email privacy@renegadeintel.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Confidentiality of campaign data
We understand that campaign and political data is sensitive. We treat your Inputs as confidential, restrict internal access, and use them only to operate the Service for you and to escalate to a human consultant when you request it.
8. Children
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. International users
We operate in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States and, only if you opt in to DeepSeek, potentially in China.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). The “Effective date” above shows the latest version.
